estate planning
Protect your
family:
Plan
for the future and protect those you love. Each person has unique
needs when it comes to planning their estate. There is no 'one
size fits all' solution. We will use an in-depth survey to
determine your specific needs and help you formulate a solution that
gives you peace of mind and security for your own future.
Plan for retirement: Changes in Social Security and Medicare plans can have a significant impact on older Americans. Medical directives, durable powers of attorney, and protecting your estate from being dissipated by long-term care require thoughtful planning to preserve your security and independence.
Save on taxes: Many of the decisions you make regarding your estate plan will be influenced by the relative tax benefit or consequence of your decision. We can help you plan your estate to enjoy every tax incentive you are eligible to receive.
how we work
Getting to know you: We want to get to know you so we can serve your needs better. We encourage our clients to contact us frequently with their plans and concerns so we can provide the counsel necessary to protect them from unintended consequences.
Value plans: It is far easier and cheaper to avoid a problem than it is to untangle one later. We understand some clients are reluctant to contact their attorney about "simple" matters because they don't want to incur any unnecessary expense. We have developed plans for our clients that allow them to pay us a small yearly retainer and receive free phone and email consultation. We encourage you to use our resources frequently so we may protect you before a problem occurs.
Follow-up: Our service doesn't stop once your plan is prepared. We will advise you of changes in the law that may be of benefit to you. We encourage you to contact us whenever there is a substantial change in your position so we may review and update your plan as necessary. Even if your position hasn't changed, you should check with us every few years to see if there is a new opportunity you may want to consider.
